These eyes of mine (written with GhettoZombie)
By ColorMeToxic
These eyes of mine,
have seen the worst.
They show my pain,
they reveal my thirst.
Like pyramids
my eyes see all.
They break my trust
They break my fall
They cry for me.
they cry for you.
They love...they hate,
for very few.
They show my shame.
They show my pride.
They show you all,
the wounds I hide.
So if you look,
into these eyes.
You'll see my soul...
You'll read no lies.
Pretension gone
intention true
Will you let me
look into you?

I love the flow of this, not to mention the truth to it. I couldn't have said it better.

Perfectly crafted piece, loves. Especially the fact that the eyes are a powerful asset to the human body, projecting a small window into the soul. .applauds. -Write on

I had clever words, but damn if they've tied my fingers up. well done, tandems can slip up with conflict, but this was well crafted by the two of you. Thank you.
