The Gathering
By Alchemist
Wherever people gather
With thoughts of
What
things
are
And
What things are not
Human nature will
Obey its instinct’s chill
Cannibalistic linguistics
Channeling Nihilistic
Some animalistic traditions   Â
Transitioning
conditionsÂ
Bloodletting
Of the tongue and cheek
A
song
and dance
Of bliss and bleak
Liberation
Of a nation
With a sulfur kiss
Now sinking
On the blades edge
And
Shifting
Quickly
And
then quicker
Shifting
And
Shuffling
Until the
bluffing
And steal the bullets
Entrance
Accents
And exit
Recycling the revolver
Is an age old addiction
The throne is the stardom
So on and soÂ
On the path
less
burdened by
A sense of grace under I
Slums of mind
And body a myth
The travel of a man’s acts
Like
the
blacksmith
Wields the power of the ax
In a cold December
sleet
Childish innocence
Cuts frozen paper snowflakes
Shiver
Shake
Or shimmy your doubt
Lie to self
And deny the Jacks out
Toys in the attic shout
In silent
surprise
On a dusty shelf
Where the people gather
With
knowledge of
What is
And
What will never be

We all have access to the 'pool of knowledge' and together we create the 'rules' we come to understand and live by. That's why propaganda is so vilely important. I love this one, "And deny the Jack's out" - XXOO
