-+- dragonflies humming in attics II -+-

By NikesRain

*this was reworked from memory, the original being lost due to technical difficulties. it is a bit different but still written from the same heart*

she whispers elegance into the room
gentle breaths kept delicate in the shadows
to touch that which is made of beauty
echoing from lips made soft by the rain
heartbeats found in the spaces of hidden walls

~+~

she stumbles over violet orchid tenderness
tripping on candlelit sighs cradling wishes
spilling dreams into stardust heart shaped boxes
its so hard to keep hidden in the soul of a cloud
slipping through to fall as tears from the sky

~+~

she sings quietly bent low to the floorboards
slowly rocking within precious fallen moments
flowing sweet with forgotten gentleness
breathing in folded origami butterflies
hands shining with paper cut snowflakes

~+~

she whispers into a silent room
and the storm outside covers the sound

Gorgous. I found myself under the snow in a stupor, and I was warm with wonder. I may be frozen in my astonishment. Great work. And the script was a great little bump.
