Triolet #2: It Hurt to Say Goodbye

By SilentStalker

I had a girl with auburn hair
It hurt me so to say goodbye
She always said she would be there
I had a girl with auburn hair

But when she had that grand affair
She knew that she would have to die
I had a girl with auburn hair
It hurt me so to say goodbye

*I think I'm enjoying this format a bit; I expect to start using this style quite often in future poems*

We had a stalker whisked away; We all knew what he had to do; He promised he'd be here to stay; we had a stalker whisked away; But then the Army had to say; "his twisted mind we never knew"; we had a stalker whisked away; We all knew what he had to do Scholar

heheh. Can't seem to help the wicked grin on my face. Very nicely constructed; melodic sociopathy... I really enjoyed it. >:)
