Angel

By SilentStalker

Your eyes are like the shooting stars
That I should wish upon
Your skin so fair that it must share
The radiance of the sun

Your hair like Weeping Willows
By the shallows of the sea
Your lips so fine they fill my mind
With endless fantasy

Your nose so intricately carved
By God's most gracious hand
You resemble Heaven's Angel;
It's hard to understand

If you had wings, you'd fly up there
But I'd see you no more
So I would pray to make you stay
And keep you near for sure
