Cenobite origami
By TropicalSnowstorm
Step
through the spaces between atoms
and you can skydive through the
sidewalk
or go to a B&B built of quarks,
and, well, not
to be cheeky, but the up and down
ones really
are more stable for longer lasting
weekend fun.
Sennacherib still has Daddy issues,
which he bemoans
while we sit in a Magh Meall neighborhood
(one where
all the expatriates live) sipping
a hot drink the color of
red you normally only see on Chinese buffets,
and I wish
we'd focus on apiculture, or even
Cenobite origami instead.
In a leather pouch tied to my belt
I have stuffed extra
time salvaged from the office microwave,
left unused,
carelessly discarded when not needed
to reheat leftovers
that I wish I could pour into a
bowl, cover with milk
and eat with a spoon to get some
of my afternoon back.
Learn to focus on the sky and you
can look back tens and
hundreds and thousands of light
years, once hidden spectrums
of color becoming clear, and you
will laugh at all the plodding
Disciples of Sisyphus as you realize
the constellations are mostly
just images of cats God has posted
throughout the Cosmos.

Great title and wonderful randomness that strings along together somehow with plenty of crazy images. Nice one, Steve!

The awkward moment where you find brilliance in the third part- fall head over heels and read it's for a "randomness" contest. Oops. It was so sensible to me- lovely.
