A Quiet Place

long towards the morning,
whispers dreaming
whispers falling

moonlight drifting around
the many trees, calling
calling come away

off in the distance, a wolf calls
love of nature, piercing the air
far calling, love of my dreams

from the high places found
dreaming in my mind
i will recover my self

if the fates be kind

but what, if anything, would be lost if not...

I think that this was written in the period after Ravens first visit while i was married to porcelain but before raven moved in with the ground rules that Porcelain Doll set.
