Third Banana

By lupus tenebrae

Penchants for the third banana,
in the raven-ruffled know
of a private straw cabana
buried to the roof in snow.

In the raven ruffled know
of nothing in particular
buried to the roof in snow,
in crystal, sure, molecular.

Of nothing in particular
or worth the time of day
in crystal, sure, molecular,
with icy DNA.

Talk the talk of coffee shops or
penchants for the third banana
peel congealing ichor
of a private straw cabana.

Ahhh. . .sex, drugs and rock 'n roll! alone in cabana third banana - left to his own devices; crystal blown ichor surfs veins and surges to the four four back beat of guitars and drum skins. Scintillatingly subversive! ;-)

I'm snapping my fingers now as loudly as I can. This was how they used to applaud in the beatnik / coffee shop days of yore. Also what does "pf" stand for? per force maybe? been ages, thanks. And I'm guessing the third banana is the understudy to the second banana, cheers!

Pf? That was a typo the computer didn't catch for me, I was busy reading about the Chardon High shooting, and must have missed one. Thanks for the snaps, this beatnik is appreciative. Scholar
