Silence is Golden
By lupus tenebrae
Silence is the golden rule of living
for
when there’s nothing nice to say at all,
duck and cover from the
daily ribbing,
silence is the golden rule of living.
When I feel
the optimism slipping
from pessimism’s solitary wall,
silence
is the golden rule of living
for when there’s nothing nice to say
at all.

Author's Note:
The sweet sound of silence, and it has a catchy beat. Not the best version of English triolet, oh well.Comments on "Silence is Golden"

Silence is so much more than golden, especially for the person whose mind screams for just one word to bring them the same silence...... But in this case I agree, silence is golden, a person can soon be gagged with silence when their words fall on deaf ears and lack response, but duct tape is always quicker if one can get a hold of the said speaker.
