Two Spirits, Sharing Space
By lupus tenebrae
Nightfall resembles a jet-black trellis
Adorned with snaking constellations, young
Daylight, seized by their coils,
Iridescent, like a
New-sprung blossom on the fringe of
Eternity, yet never quite
Obtaining it: a gift of beauty far too
Rare, given the follies of my often
Torpid mind, awash with the warring timbres of an
Intrepid man and the coy grace of a
Zitella waiting to be whisked away.
