Scarlet Venoms, Worn

By lupus tenebrae

Blood and brothers born to banter,
banter with the goose and gander,
gander through the tunnel visions,
visions never come to pass.

Gone the ways of prose and parents,
parents, teachers, yearning placement,
placement in this fairytale,
fairytale topography.

Call the snake on scarlet venoms,
venoms seeping through the bedlam
bedlam of this borough living,
living, stalker’s contemplations.

Thus you wear the liar’s mythos,
mythos, like an eerie pathos,
pathos of the winter passage,
passage leading nowhere, fast.
