Otherworldly Folk Song

By lupus tenebrae

You whisper with
an otherworldly timbre,

a folk song I'd heard
warble and linger, for a time:

I''ve fallen under your spell,
you see, and I can only wait

with an expectant heart
and a mind, awash with melody.

This is simply beautiful! Reminds me of old world love. When love was ACTUALLY love, not deception. Great read!
