Cure What Ails

By lupus tenebrae

Your surgery is cranial,
rending my synaptic branches,
intimate and one-on-one.

Sacrilegious of my insides,
an intruding parasite,
your surgery is cranial.

Uninviting leather shivers,
suddenly, nerve endings shift,
rending my synaptic branches.

A diagnosis inconclusive,
unable to be analyzed,
intimate and one-on-one.
