Pillowing in Flurried Sleep

By lupus tenebrae

Flurries, in the form of feathers,
cluster in the picture
window;
colder to the touch of winter,
longing after Nature's
echo.

Somewhere, there's a coat of tinsel,
pillowing in icy
shaping;
prisms, only clear as crystal,
tumbling, as lacy,
draping.

We're just now feeling the touch of Winter here, so, I thought a memento would suffice.
