Windermere Dreams

By RubyXero

I peeled back the petals
of the flower
nostalgia...
Its scent was refreshing
colors vibrant
but the aftertaste...
left my throat choking
on the memories
of a beautiful
and innocent life,
long forgotten...

"the aftertaste... left my throat choking" - interesting picture and a great contrast to the positive scent and color. I like this one very much! Ciao, T/S Scholar

very interesting topic, and sometimes dream interpritation can be black and white. i used to have a book of definitions on symbolizism of dreams and it was helpful because some dreams make no sense! but others have a very clear secret to be had. its very intersting though. i recommend a book of dream meanings. its fascinating to know. its almost like a psyhcic reading or getting a tarot done! awesome poem ruby.
