My Room

By Scarrzz

Life without you has no meaning.

It holds no joy.

I have touched the emptiness of forsaken love,

and it has consumed my spirit.

Life without your touch, your smile, your scent,

and without being able to care for you,

is only a lonely waiting room with a book of memories.

In this room there is the memory of life,

and the other side of the door is death.

It would be welcome to this body,

except that what little honor I retain compels me...

Hold On,

HOLD FAST,

BEAR IT !

...

So here am I

Alone in this room

Surrounded by scattered memories,

Hopeless wishes,

and a Love that will not die.

Being loved is the sparkle of life, a gift that many take it ungratefully
