Bloodbath

By Circe Avalon

Sticks to my fingers
Drapes my arms in red
Can you feel the shiver
As the heat spills on the bed?

~*~

Liquid terror
To taste of salt
Crimson mirror
Tomorrows put off

Waltz of Assault
Softly broken in
Can you hear the heart die
As you caress the skin?

A wadding pool
Filled with lust
Made of human soul
Body is turned to rust

~*~

The sheets have stained
The floor now wet
The night no longer screams
For that past offense

Fantabulous! This is so brilliantly written and so picturesque, blood filled, yet not "horror morbid". great write *~seraph~*
