Rage
By Gray Vision
Dormant until now,
Slumbers no more,
An erupted brute,
A catastrophic force,
An eviscerating
touch
A
rude awakening to anyone brought forth,
Berserk nature,
The eye of the storm.
When will it subside?
Only in time,
Only time can tell.
A ravenous appetite,
Consuming all that’s innocent,
Blinded by all wrongs and rights,
On a path of
destruction,
The
thirst for bloodlust
Pursuing Lucifer's will.
The will to kill,
The will to end.

I like it because it is open enough for your readers to apply it to their own lives yet particular enough that they can taste a little of yours. It sounds like some of my work about struggling with bipolar disorder. It makes you feel, you know? Good work. (Im new by the way i only have one post but I'm glad i came across yours)

This is a fast paced, dark piece... this could be any kind of monster, even natural... I was thinking tornado or hurricane... the lines only in time... only time can tell... they say the same thing, almost... I would delete one or the other... I was tag surfing when I found this piece, you should try it... push your monster tag and read some... thanks for sharing... MD

You've captured rage very well. You've taken that outburst of anger to a new level and defined it nicely. I was entranced in every line, many of which are my favorites. That rage is in all of us waiting to break free of the core to wreak havoc upon the weak. I'll be sure to step out of your way when this fury is unleashed. Nice write.
