priest of nothing ....

By urbanhumility

exsulted above........

sun, moon, humanity.....

an emisary of nothing.......

the portent of my actions, deft with prayerful hands of a priest, a rabbi, a faith healer....

an athiest with the "want" of a fake symbolic fulfillment.....

after hours.....after life......, confessions i take, with jack and coke.....often just "coke"....

why my constant refrence to:

kindness,
others,
hindrance,
to a symbiotic human experience...?

priest of nothing...... a call to a black non-belief

i genuflect to an un-annouced faith... tragic in its wastefulness.....

awake son of nothing.......awake to your holy foolishness.......

Thought I would give credit where it is supposed to go. This is a great poem. I read it while reading kanica_xD stolen dp poems on gotpoetry.com .. I am at the moment working with some thoughts on monotheism and polytheism and how there are cultures of different mindsets, how the one god view effects even the sons of nothing, not by faith but by culture and way of thinking. A sort of either or. All or nothing, with or against.. Atleast this culture effects me, even if I would go out fighting it. This hits home with my current thought tracks.

Food for thought. Your flow took me on a journey of self examination to see if I fit the mold. Interesting.
