Nudity of Expression
By maddin foxxxy
Naked ... I stand...
..I shake before what surrounds me
in between the movements of now..
I will not edit
my words
But I will breathe in
more than I need to...
Exposed from the
residues of truth
from the past..
I wonder how long
has it been
since all of time
have last..
I have a killer inside
that wants the death of me
I have a lover inside
that wants more love from me
I have a sinner inside
that wants more dirt to feed
And they're all a part
of me
And they all fight
to let be
These thoughts
they've rambled
on the sight
of your eyes...
and if they saw me
I want to know it all
and if I've stand naked here
I want to do it all..
I make no sense
when I write
and I have no clear
view for my sight
So I'll always be
this real
and I will always
feed in more to
what I need to feel..
I have this stranger inside
I've always want to meet
I have these nightmares inside
I want to put to sleep
I have this hunger inside
that wants to eat from me
so why
to die from it?
so why
to live from it?
so why
be something of it all
and why
be anything at all? ...

you have such away with emotions. you mold the words to convey what you want. ...and you do it amazingly well. I have always been in awe of your talent. This work is like a whisper...~Drea~

This is one of the better poems that I have seen in a while; on DP or anywhere else. It is stark in its honest introspection and gentle in its verdict. It is heartfelt while being thought provoking. It is amazing and beautiful.

sshhh.. I'm still trying to picture you naked. Seriously, it was as if you inhaled the world and then with one breath, painted a mural on the sky of what you percieve. *muah* wonderful :::OLd
