  • "I like the rambling nature of this, lots of depth hidden under layers of ridiculousness and surrounded by high fences of offensiveness. : ) The lines "He's nailed to a cross. But, they do that to thinkers a lot these days" definitely resonated with me. Good to see you posting something! Ciao, T/S "

  • "you live! it's nice to read your ponderings again...and such sequential reflective thoughts leading to its target with each stanza, the artful critique of modernism swirled nonchalantly to the depths of a drink...alone. like fixing the flaws of a wretched world would be as futile as rectifying oneself. dark poetry. =] -=AK=-"

  • "indeed... three of my most favorite things wrapped up in a bundle of worn-out reflection.... I could point out some typos, but I think I'll just quietly bask in the futility of this and slump away. thanks, doc. it's good to read even if the words are hideously mirrored in despair. welcome back"

  • "Has a very nice feel to it. Seems warm and welcoming, yet kind of sad at times. I like how it portrayed the experience of "the blues life" so to speak. It's familiar to me so I know it well. The poem in itself was also good, however I found certain parts to be a bit inconsistent. Nothing that ruined it overall though."

It kind of reminds me of a dream like state. Filled with smoke and mirrors. This totally kept my interest, and the imagery was PERFECT!!! This is amazing. Great job. Keep it comin:)"

  • "this feels like a massive rolling wave, far out to sea, slowly, inevitably making it's wave to crash upon a shore somewhere... with the question - does one wave matter? does it have a remembrance? beautiful, beautiful writing - and quite a lulling romantic (stylistically) feel."

  • "this seemed something like blind faith to me...unsteady steps taken eagerly..a crooked smile worn as long as you can keep walking..it seemed fragmented to me or perhaps that was just the images that flashed into my head like an old black and white western..interesting and glad to see you posting again ~k"

  • "I read this piece and there is something about the others written by you that read as almost whispers of thoughts…soft-spoken as if in mid-sentence of speaking…it is as if your voice was present only in my mind, causing me to hang on to each word waiting for the next. An almost intoxication…a fixation that could only be realized with each complete thought…each word. I enjoyed this write very much and I will be reading more of your works. Thank you. "
