...Unicorn dreams

By SolApathy

Rainbows and unicorns
Sweetness of a new day born
Rival in the day that is just beginning without any dismay
Smell the sweet scent of peppermint in the air
As the ocean breeze whisks away any cares
Drawing you to walk on the beach, well out of reach
Projects and plans melt away with sand between your toes
Upon this beach your smile grows; sweet with the warmth of the sun
-In this moment-
No one can bring a frown as rainbows and unicorns rain down
Seeding the sand with warmth and desire
Today I relit your fire
I am your muse
I will use this day to help you see there is a way
Beyond the darkness and loss
Rainbows will light your path
Upon a unicorn, you will ride
Into a new day with nothing to fear or hide…

Hey Sol, could happen... The beach beckons and the last unicorn was chased into the raging surf by the red bull. Cheers! - Dan
