  • "Sadness prevails in this. It's a really good piece. The flow and rhyme are good. I just don't want you to turn to dust though please."

  • "-Heart breaks- So much of this relates to the loss of my brother. Missing a loved one is a real life hell. Even though memories of him are sweet...the absence is torment. This is a beautiful piece Rowan."

  • ""He" was my ex. This is written about the night I was attacked during my sleep. Hope that clears it up for you."

  • "It wouldn't be bad if the memories I was missing were the bad ones. Misplaced are the good ones. Huge chunks that I know were there at one time. Seems unfair to have those taken away."

  • "Nicely done. I have some favorite lines: "Last thoughts like melting ice" ... "Last taste is like your skin" ... "And all of this feels like the past"."

  • "Dreamzz!! You make me smile! Look at you rising to a challenge! I am truly flattered and blushing. And the fact "artist" is in the title makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. You know what I'm going to do??? -fav- ... =)"

  • "Good visuals throughout this one. There were some conflicts but I related them to the fact this was a dream effect. Life is but a dream............or a nightmare."

  • "The yo-yo effect of a bad relationship. Why is it they can wipe away their dirty deeds just by making your heart swell...and they very well know and use that technique...over and over. I like the ending...you left it a little open ended for the reader...my version is she used the knife on him when he pulled his normal bullshit lines. That's just me being evil...because I know the sad ending would be her not being able to take it any more and use it on herself in an attempt to hurt him. Unfortunately that end never works...the asshole didn't have real feelings to begin with so how would your loss hurt him? Wow, just shows what a good piece this was...look at me rant! LOL (btw...you need to fix 8th line up from the bottom...I think you meant "around" not "are")"

  • "Haha. Millions of women have been through these feelings. Not necessarily with a death involved...not of a person any way. But you can bet when a relationship dies where the guy was thought to be being used by some bitch...there is someone who has been waiting in the wings...and when he gets dumped she is over there singing a happy little song in her head..."Yay he's finally free! Maybe now I can show him real love." Good little piece there...made me smile with that perfect last line."

  • "Guess we can't depend there will ever be someone to save us. Honestly, when it comes right down to it...we only have ourselves. I thought this was a good piece...makes one think."

  • "This was a good piece...a little cryptic. Not as strong as some of your other work...like you were struggling with it. Maybe that was the point. Times of confusion do not come out with precise thoughts. I love the contrast in the title and the piece itself. Who knew the end of the rainbow was such a dark place?"

  • "Perfect. Really. What is seen is not always what is there. And I think people hide things not to be deceitful but to protect others from a reality they may not be able to understand. Or maybe just so you don't have to explain yourself to everyone all the time. It's a courtesy of sorts. Good piece once again. You have become a fav of mine...everything you write strikes a chord in me...we must share a favorite song."

  • "Again you write something so profound in a simplistic form. This will invariably speak to each reader in a different manner...which is also what makes it so good. The last verse hit me hardest. People come and go in our lives...and their impact ranges. From fading friendships or casual acquaintances to losing those we love to death. Even the ones that die have different levels of impact. You said a mouthful with only a small bite of words. "

  • "I know I read this before and I must have gotten distracted before I commented...because I certainly would have commented due to the fact I love this piece. This one screams to me just like I scream towards the ceiling at night. IF ONLY THERE WAS A WAY TO GO BACK! So many lives could be changed for the better. By tweaking just one instance in time. That's all it would take. If only life would allow us this ONE chance and you had to make the perfect choice. I know I would do it. Thank you so much for writing this. I think you have inspired a new piece from me."

  • "Ohhh I like this very much. There is heat but a little playfulness too. Nice mixture. You used obscenity appropriately...a dabble here and there to make the point. This is well written. Kudos!"

  • "Good creepy write...starts off mellow and gets gorier as it progresses. I notice all the victims are women as if the writer is imagining herself as each victim and then writes about it. Can you imagine yourself as me? I would like you to try ;)"

  • "I'm not usually into reading about ancient battles. But this held my interest until the end. A prideful people with powerful commitment. You wrote this very well. I don't know the subject matter but your writing painted a vivid picture for me nonetheless."

  • "Very very dark indeed. Many different views of this. I agree with Rowen, this is one to come back to as after reading it now I feel as troubled as the man with the gun. I have not reached the clarity he has. I don't want him to hand her the gun. You leave the option for the reader to write their own ending. What a great piece."

  • "HAHAHAHA I can't BELIEVE he went BACK! Damn the suffering! Every verse so descriptive I felt like I was helping him pack and riding in that Chevy with him and the dog. And believe me when I say the dog and I had the same look on our faces when you turned that wheel around. I was kinda hoping with that remark about an accident on the way to work...that just maybe...hopefully...you like, cut the brake line o.O Doesn't that make me a terrible person!! Oh my gosh! Well I hope you and the dog enjoy the peace while she is gone. (P.S. you may want to correct the very last last "from" instead of "form". I imagine you were typing excitedly! LOL)"
