I lost
the light
that lit
the spark
that feeds
my heart
that fools
my head
into
living
life

I blew
the light
as a blizzard
came
and my body
froze
with shame

I lost the light
as I became new
My child,
you knew better than I do...
Learning numbers and words
didn´t make me wiser
All those cakes and birthdays
wouldn´t make me braver

The spark
lost at dark
As you closed your eyes
The world is ugly, child
