We express emotions like we breathe
Try to conceal so no one will see
For if they saw every little detail and every little secret
They would not be able to take it
We are who we are and express how we feel
For it is our only way to deal

Those who say to try and forget
Have they ever felt true agony
The agony of being ripped apart by those you trust
Or being the outlet to someones lust

If they have not then how can they judge
For everyone holds a grudge

To conquer the past is the greatest step
So you can be there for that person you met
For they just realized your pain
And won't ever judge you again
Because their hell hath commenced
For that agony they now have experienced
