key.note speakers [on mute]

By Six-Out

it took me long enough to realize it.
but I'm lost.

and it's something like:
screaming at the fucking stars.
when there's a storm coming. and the wind
oh it feels great. but
it's like someone took the heartbeat from the sky.
and I'd kill to feel it's pulse
right about now.

so I'm breaking my spirit with bottle caps.
and drinking in b flat.
because my voice is a bit horse. and my songs
are always off.key. notes and letters.
like unstamped dreams. sent off in pillowcases
and lost in the missing constellations.
and it's just a penny for the song. -but
it's a like humming your breathing.

and my lip. it's quivering.
while I spit my soul through my fingertips.
and I want to take a deep breath
-look to the lightning and _scream...

goodnight.
goodnight.
goodnight.

so make a wish. the sky is burning.

beautiful~in all aspects of 'beautiful'... and in all aspects of 'beautiful' that the word .beautiful. does not enrapture.

Say goodnight, and good morning to a new day. There is always tomorrow. I know this hurts, and I wish it didn't. Because that I wouldn't feel so guilty appreciating such amazing work.
