Washing time machine

By Stephanie Sideways

The place where washing machines are all made
It must be a land where some time gets waylaid
When they deliver them back here again
they seem to defy space time continuum

If it tells you 1 minute, don't bother to wait
Those people that make them must always run late
It takes a lot longer, their cycles are wack
That time that you've stolen , we need it all back!

pppsssst... can I tell you a secret.....?? I'm scared of the sock monster that always seems to gabble up my socks. two go in but one always bites the dust. I wonder if, the machines are really a window into another dimension, there most be a lot of sockless aliens in that place. cause mine always seem to disappear......

I have visions of you putting your washing in very precariously and then baking of with each input! It's making me giggle! X x x

Not just your machine, my 30min cycle takes 50mins. My 1 hour 30 min cycle takes 2 hours... I never understand this and spend far too much time working my dull life around the spinning of a machine! Clever write, I like your observation of something I find eternally irritating! :) x

The new machines are terrible here! They are almost soundless and use little water, but eat clothes with a vengeance. Save us from those modern conveniences! Cheers!
