I'm the woman you love
I'm the one you want to spend your life with
I'm the girl that draws outside your lines
I'm the odd shaped peg that never fit a slot
I'm the open arms that welcome you home
I'm the biggest smile you ever saw
I'm the princess you married

I'm the woman you made second best
I'm the one you betrayed
I'm the girl who's scared of your touch
I'm the echo of our dreams
I'm a ravaged heart
I'm the corpse of better days

I'm the woman you beg forgiveness from
I'm the soul that bares your broken heart
I'm the one left standing when the world ends
I'm the woman who left you

I am the one thing you cannot have
Cannot buy
Cannot posses
I am not your wife
