Guillotine
Leave me bare as sullen Winter;
A.K.A. RainWhisper
I'm 29 years old now. Times move fast and emotions change; and yet still this is a sanctuary, a bloodrunnel for my anger, love and happenstance. I've started to wonder if I'm old before my time.
I'm entranced, consumed, left broken by words and whispers, through nature, through the half-light scribbles of desperate poetics carved in aether and dreamscapes...
I write from beauty, frustration, sorrow, heartbreak, fascination, compassion.
Been here for nearly 8 years, I suppose some things you never quite grow out of...
Sad will be the day for any man when he becomes contented with the thoughts he is thinking and the deeds he is doing - where there is not forever beating at the doors of his soul some great desire to do something larger; which he knows he was meant and made to do. - Phillips Brooks
What follows are my heartpieces.
"We judge a diamond by its flaws;
But love it for how it sparkles" - Ninety East Ridge
