Cadence

By Guillotine

 if only I could write again;
pick up these withered oaks
clench my fist
and scream blood
into all these fucking riddles.
I would murder ink
to splash this page
with meaning,
strip myself clean in its verse
spit these vulgarities
into ravens feathers
and paint the world in its glory.

    " I would murder ink". . .what a great line. Really shows the gritiness and feeling in this poem. Again, great write!
