Angel of Death
By darkness_descends
Angel of Death
Going door to door
Marking those
To live no more
A bloody X here
Another one there
Once the X is drawn
No lives are spared
Traveling on a chariot of blood and fire
The only passengers the tortured souls.
Angel of Death
Come my way
My door is open
And I patiently wait
When will your notice
Decorate my door
Welcoming me to nothingness
Taking me under your shadowy wings
Embracing my demise
Drying the tears on the edge of my eyes.
Angel of Death
When is my turn
To bleed in your chariot
And peacefully burn?

It's not what I was expecting... It surprised me in a positive way. Very positive indeed. Your works have something different. And difference is what I like. Very well done *Lilith*
