  • "this evokes, for me, an image of our sun, as it ages and expands to consume our little world. "

  • "This is one of the most wonderful comments I've ever recieved. The last several years have been fairly dry for me from an artistic perspective(they've been great from an adult, utilitarian perspective). The long, dark night of my soul seems to be ending and I am inspired again. Your words here are like a rising wind on a brush fire. For such a long time I've thought "what's the point" when it comes to writing poetry... Well, your comment is the answer and it's a good one. Many heartfelt thanks."

  • "there's really nothing to say here other than "i identify". verse, like each individual consciousness means nothing means everything and in the tension between that impossible dichotomy the poets languish. "

  • "Knowledge and self determination...? One life and no god to cleanse our miscreant deeds in some great beyond...? To sieze the day in a way that makes the world a better place...? This piece is brilliant and raised gooseflesh. Forever is now. Utopia isn't anything unless it's in the here and now birthed by the immediacy of unassuming love that demands no repayment or interest and keeps no ledgers. "

  • "Common moments their homeliness beautifully underscoring the impermanence of freaking everything."

  • "I find your commentary on your own work delightfully apt. I gathered that this was plotted along the lines of a highschool football game... and that's rather common, but you transcended the common to find the thread buried in the banal that carries the current of life. I very much enjoyed this piece. I honestly think that you could stand to polish your use of language just a touch... some of the word choices seemed rhythmically off... but that's ok continued practicde will smooth things like that over in time."

  • "what struck me and compelled me to comment is that these words can be followed down several different paths and through several different layers from the specific subject of the poem to one's relationship with the natural world. complexity contained in the apparently uncomplicated."
