There’s a serenity in the silence I steal
Every moment unreal
I escape the need to deal
Lifelong mistakes vanish within a puff of smoke
As I take another toke
Yet I know my failures are only a thought away
This haze only a smokescreen to the screams
I never really escaped from the evil I’ve done
The darkness of the deeds of this, one
Sitting I take the last toke
Knowing my life long ago went up in a puff of smoke
