...Juxtaposition --Cursed Dreams

Chaos entropy never achieved
This poem, conceived
I touch the thoughts of insanity, sought
The failure of happiness-- bought
Into the storm of human feelings and desire
Within the ache of my heart burns a chaotic fire
Love and lust, darkness and distrust
Into thoughts unwanted, I thrust
Mind decimates any thought of silencing these screams
Pierce my bubble of once serene dreams
Reparation for the sin of slaying hope
Within this darkness I cope
My only reprieve from my emotional disease
I carry the spores upon the breeze
Burdened by the need to not be alone
Knowing I can never have a home
Even in a room—full we feel the emptiness abound
feel the emptiness- Misery within our silent sounds
No escape for those of us burdened by the lies
Look to my deceptive skies
Trapped within the hell of our own sins
Our screams only escape into our eyes
Our voices silent as our soul dies

You have always had that classic gothic feel like I love so much.

Brilliant word choice. I enjoyed this because of its imagery and rhymes. Thank you for sharing. :)
