Hollow Echoes
By FearlessDragon
The piercing dark injects
Converging dreams within realities,
Raspy shadows stir unhallowed whispers
Tugging at my depths,
Their putrid breath licking at my neck
Nocturnal frequencies warp time into a ripple
Shattering nerves within a white noise silence,
Apparition chants puppeteer the strings of my senses
Hurling seas of bitter black into my veins,
Synchronizing madness contorts its crooked grin
Malice teeters upon the crescent of my sickle spirit
Scraping the visage of my conscience,
Hollowed iris statues crystalize in broken fragments
Crumbling the walls of this possession,
Sanity withers like chaff in melancholic embers
Freezing sweat reverbs like splintered thunder
Fracturing into a malevolent abyss,
Ominous intent twists like twine rooted in my volition
Binding the seeds of slaughter,
Exasperated palates salivate in copper lust
Frenzy strokes this abominable hunger
Directing scenes of most sinister parade,
Unparalleled sights of vile darkness
Engross all light enslaved,
Stark pale impressions fossilize this bedlam
Vicious features traced in thick maroon
Carve fathomless canyons in my expression,
An obsequious hiss befalls the air
Kissing the eyes of this perversion,
Tattered reflections gape from scarlet puddles
Rainbows compose this mortal gore
Mirroring themselves within my inward gaze,
Eluding solace is perceived between the glances
As the beasts aflutter still remain
Hollow echoes forever beckoning their sate
