A gloomy scene

By violetdarkness

alas! the nature's bathe again!
with heaven's tears. i hear the rain
like grief is falling down the oaks
the wind was kissed by oh-so-cold!

as if. someone's lost above. perhaps
a fragile moon? a lonesome star?
it's like the sky had lost a child
or maybe this is just a sign.

i think the sky must weep. sometimes
to gather thoughts. perhaps unwind
but no! unwind means finding peace
and this is rain - a gloomy scene!

thanks for the wonderful comment haunt! same here! i can imagine people wearing black with their umbrellas under the rain during the parade. so gloomy and so dark! it's how death should be celebrated. a gloomy celebration under the sky lamenting.
