My mortal hell.

By Iwas

This Cell A Frozen Mortal Hell.
These bars. Bouncing off walls like a fly in a jar.
This concrete cage builds rage.
I've got to get out. Got to get out. I need to be freed.

So cold this cot, this boiled egg.
To see the sun, my son I beg.
They have stolen the light.
It isn't right. It's just not right.

No razor, nor shower.
These doors are all locked.
Mirrors not real everything is steel.
So lost and alone. It's all I feel. all we feel.

You know my name.
You know my fear.
Help me please.
God, get me out of here. I need out of here.

Panic and despair. I know what this feels like. I love the way you got it out of your soul.

They say the hardest thing about being locked up is the lack of contro of what's happening outside and the way the mind plays tricks on what is happening and the lack of contact with the ones you love. Ive seen prisoners refuse visits and phone calls and cut of all contact with the outside world. I really enjoyed this write. keep writing.

it seems the artist is keen on trapping himself within himself.... I find that we may never get out of this, but we will always try to find out how. Good Write :]
