Corpse-Ripper

A Serpent so dire, so evil and old that it predates this world by ages-
The stories are told by many a man and many a people that it's name is on countless pages-
Never to tread in it's corpse-ridden path is included in wisdom of sages-
His fangs imbued in blood of the mortals-

As black as a night that has no Stars and no Moon-
Written upon it in dark scarlet blood there is carved an Odal Rune-
So silent a stalker, so lethal a hunter, when Death strikes down this beast shall follow soon-
It travels through Nine world's portals-

In Nifilheim's caverns and Hel's great dominion it feasts upon souls of the Dead-
Where screams echo loud and the suffering wither but never is anything said-
The shade of blood it feasts upon, it's eyes glow that same color red-
When Ragnarok comes, this monster shall prey upon Thor-

Enemy of the Gods, and sired by Loki, the blood of the Jotuun is strong in it's veins-
The creature is wild and searches for blood, it's thirst cannot be held back by reins-
It lives without order, no law and no purpose, it slaughters men when Chaos Reigns-
And when it comes to feast on you, you shall exist no more.

Certainly not an experiment gone wrong, I really liked the depiction of the Serpent. An epic piece again, write on. Scholar
