Undaunted, Unwanted, and Regrettably Unnoticed.

By Aleas

Go.
Where hope
Resonates footsteps slow approach
Where silence dares not encroach
Upon whispered halls and ways
Of sounds heard and said
A millenia before

Where right doesn't belong
And wrong is always left
Reeling between
The skin of our feet
And a breath-taking
Life-ending
Drop out beneath

Where the songs we play
Titillate
And swirl bee lines
Of untold shapes divine
Bringing nectar to the ears of
She who no longer hears us
Without root or reason

Or knowledge of the past

Or fear of the present

Because if the future was always bright
Then who cares what's right
When wrong doesn't belong
When the answers are
Sly smiles of
Fingers' slender holding
Those same one million eyes
That will never close on me

And all of this
Summits
Above an enigmatic release
Of love without mercy

Though not entirely focused

But increasingly and certainly
Undaunted
Unwanted
And regrettably

Unnoticed.

Where is this place for you?

I call it "Heavens Peak"... ;). I agree with both guys... another piece Ill love to ponder from a talented poet. I can't stop reading this...There isn't a line here that doesn't speak to me on a personal level...and I am thrilled that the picture spoke to you as it did me.
