Contest Entry- Bunnies
And here it is that Easter comes
Hens relax as bunnies reprise
Their once a year role to lay something from inside
A twist of fate that bunnies you think would hate
From their bums, they do discharge
Fun for children, but oh it’s large
Eggs aren’t meant to be delivered this way
But the bunnies don’t scream, and they love to play
A happy tune of agony as these bright eggs are laid
Many colors do these eggs display,
As they color them green, blue, and yellow too
-Sometimes brown-
Don’t’ smell this one, as it’ll make you frown!
Preparing for this joyous day!
Think twice, though before picking up a red
As this one was colored by one that bled out and now is dead!
