The Milky Way
In those choclate eyes.

My lips quiver
Yearning
For your lips.
They are the sweetest things
I've ever tasted.
(You're my delicacy.)
I ran my finger
Over the shiney photograph
And imagined
The canvas of your skin.
Evenly tanned
Unmarred
Perfect.
Until I get to your hands
Those lovely, controlling hands.
Rough.
The hands of a worker.
Those hands that
Easily stop the world from turning
And easily make my body sing.
(You are my song.)
Funny how you're so far away
And still
You make me
Crave you
(Where it counts)
My tummy feels butterflies
My legs go weak
(Desperatly wishing to wrap
cravingly around your waist)
I lay here
Waiting for your return
(Such a sweet return it will be)
Until then
Your wings are folded
On our bed tonight.
Beneath cotton sheets
Dreaming of you.
