I am bonded to my favorite nightmare
Screams from the past echo
once again behind my eyes
sweat swarming down my skin
ragged throat clamps down
turning scream to tattered whimper

She has reed pipe symphonies for legs
A nymphs face, sunflower eyes, and Gods own smile
A soft warm porceline doll
A vision in red lace and pink lips

She appears in my dreams
A warm safe haven
A soft halo in the midst of all this hardend horror.
Her fingers, Ease the furrows from my brow
Her hands, Hide my ears from the explosions and screams
Her sweet, soft, subtle scent, chases away the cordite, fire and burning pork

The coldly comforting conformation
of her celestial contours
Against my hardend jagged snags
clearly confim her enduring expressions of love.

the warm hugs that all of my strength cannot break
The kisses ease the pain
hands massage it away....
Until there is only us, and we drift away on celestial currents to make love in the constellations
My shadow
My savior,
My Home.
