Aren't you?
By TheBardOfBlasphemy
I wonder…
Do you really know what it feels like?
I didn’t think so.
It’s because you are ignorant
And furthermore
You are blind.
I ponder…
Whether you will ever find the strength
To open up your eyes.
But I don’t think so.
It’s because you are blind
And furthermore
You don’t know what it feels like.
I am troubled by this…
Because you haven’t the faintest idea
What it really is.
It’s certainly tragic to be blind
But it is a nightmare to see life
In real life
With screaming eyes wide open.
Right now I’m wondering…
Just how you will ever decide whether to live life
Inside a nightmare or a tragedy.
I don’t think you will
Because it’s already been decided for you
And furthermore
You would have hated this either way
Because ultimately
You and I
Are me.
