You were my angel, yet you never knew
I never could tell you of the times you lifted my blues
I laid in the snow as the sun crested across the pines
Dreaming of you, divine
Arms outstretched, drawing the lines
Legs in concert with hidden designs
I never thought of the dreams I sought to bear
Until that moment I stood, and you were there
Painted in the snow by my subliminal soul
Laid an angel, her beauty taking its toll
Yet you will never know the desires I dream
Tears of beauty and pain echo as the wind beams
Trees danced as the snow again began to fall
Sun taking a nap as night falls upon us all
I feel the heavy burden as my angel will soon be gone
Hidden beneath the drifts of a long-forgotten song

As always I’m impressed by the way you can weave so much in so little time. This was beautiful
