Floating through the wakes of moonlight
Far from our broken lives
Reborn in the moment
Serenaded by the heavens
Dreaming just how far
Upon the currents of the solar winds we dance
Spectacular romance of a journey’s chance
Memories of the future carry far beyond tonight
Tell me it isn’t right
If only for an instant we may embrace
The touch of each other deep in this place
Swinging upon the stars
Our smiles melt our red velvet hearts
Drifting through the cosmos for just tonight
Bound by our dreams
Far apart, yet together
Coupled by our mended souls
I wake from this night --
As the dawn penetrates my dreams
I forgot everything
Save her smile, it seems
I whisper for the dusk to visit upon me soon
I wait for the moonlight sky
Where once again I close my eyes
Enter my dreams so that we may
