....Accretion dreams

By SolApathy

How is it the darkness has no bounds
Shadows swallow the hopes that once
Abound
Look to the earth to see only desiccated dreams
I grasp for the sky and feel only screams
Knowing this is the universe within my soul
Accretion disk of thoughts, crushing all hope
Falling
inevitably
black hole of thoughts never spoken

Broken, and beyond meaning
 I cannot share these feelings
Inwardly bleeding
Hope slipping beyond the event horizon
Slowly I am crushed by regrets
Internalized
Fire in these eyes, a dying sight
A symphony of sadness as I surrender to my own night
Knowing in my heart it'll never be alright

If darkness has no bounds than what room remains for heaven I wonder Sol? Guessing a multi-plane existence is required to explain the co-existence of infinities. A darkly wrought and desolate thought writ large - cheers my friend! - Dan

One can creates his own kingdom and gives the key to Light or Darkness, how to use or be used by his own thoughts and the emotions that come with them. In some cases people stay in one particular "plane" and some jump from one to another, and some live in balance between both. But like I said their is no LAW, no way to be, no way better than another. This Chaos is in a way beautiful.

This felt heavy, but (maybe it's just me) I also felt an odd freedom in this. I can't completely explain it.
