...Architecture of the mind
By SolApathy
Architecture of the mind
Impossible to define
Twisted rods of steel
Rooms morphed by what we feel
Symbiotic relationship of architect and soul
Dreams and visions
-A taste of what I envision
Precision and prose, dancing in a rhythm you compose
Let not the darkness creep
Or upon the walls blood will seep
Deep into the bones of what was to be our home
Take my hand and look beyond your mind’s- eye
Dream of the memories we will define with our lives
Smiling and crying
Dreaming & flying
In the essence of something worth far more
Then just these 4 walls and a door

Every now and then, the words of another comes along and hits you you so hard in the gut you stumble over words to explain. The ending is especially striking. Brilliant work!

My comments are starting to feel redundant. You blow me away with how quick you come up with these. You hit so many emotions. The pictures you paint are so beautiful in this heartbreaking, real, dark kind of way.
