Thoughts of you
The caress upon my soul they imbue
Wound & bound
In you I found
The glow of a soul that could make me whole
Break me of this dark prison
Let me unfold into the butterfly of dreams and flight
Take me to the mountain and streams of harmonious dreams
Let me know again what it means
Experience solace; a night with no screams
No terrifying dreams
On the beach, we lay- stars within reach
Just the serene touch of your voice
I lay here knowing I must make the choice
To be with you or return to the darker hue
Indecision in my soul as I fight not to let go
Listen to the omen I voice, for if I lose one more
Open a door to terrors I can’t foresee
That darkness I know I cannot be
I look to your starlit eyes
Moonlight desire reflects within my eyes
