Said the Spider to the Fly....

By A Velvet Tongue

I sit alone
nestled in my famished web
silken veins of deceit
awaiting you

draped
in nothing but
dull latex
awaiting a spit shine

my nearly naked dowry
your delicious bait
300 eager promises
veiled in the coy of a wink

one single hour
will it take to bear my flesh
slowly, peel the black
from my alabaster organ

scan me slowly
every sumptuous inch
allow your thoughts to simmer
calculate your next move

Devils know I am only
biding my time
playing faux prey
with the lure of my honey

yes, come closer still
allow the pads of your fingers
to test my silken limbs
dare to take a taste..

for when I take your back
within what seems like
a dozen nimble arms
I will render you..paralyzed

helpless and hopeless
a pulsating cocoon
my wiles, dark and deadly
swinging on the pendulum of a moment

and when my teeth
rip the innocense, from your flesh
they will drive to bare bone.. deeper
to the bowels of spooning rapture

Only then, to add to my sadistic harem
Will I leave you bound
tucked to one favored corner
of my shimmering web...

The gift of anticipation
I will offer upon the edge
of continuum, my own hunger
an unfaltering metronome

In this splay of my wiles
you will feel me consume
what was rightfully mine
the moment you stumbled upon my web..
