Of Them All

By megaprime81

Of all the dead rock stars,
Which is the one most missed?
Among the ones departed,
How many never stole a kiss?

Of those that dwelt in shadows,
How many went to hell
Without ever tasting of redemption
And of those alive,
How many are still well?

Unjust as life can be
I wouldn't celebrate
If ever I were famous
I'd do my best to hide
Even in darkest shadow
Can you ever evade your pride?

It's a path full of tempts and pleasures, choices to be made. The price of fame is great. Nice pondering :)
